There were no nails or other materials in our yard/driveway after they installed the roof, which was a plus after my last experience with another roofer. This was a very positive experience. The roof started leaking onto the living room ceiling. I called 2 roofers from Angie's List. I had to leave a message with the first company I called (they have yet to return my call from 3 days ago) but the second call was answered right away. Chip listened and promised to be there either later that day or early the next. He showed up the next morning as planned and took a look at the situation. He was able to find the issue and had it fixed within an hour. He was extremely informative and listened to my concerns. Another plus was that he only charged for materials as it was not a major fix. When/if it comes time to replace the roof I will definitely be contacting Chip at K9 Roofing!
